To provide our services and operate our websites, we process certain personal data.

Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These are: name and email.
Why?
We use them to contact you for further discussion about goods and services.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract, or implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 2 years from our last communication.
Processing of personal data in case of purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the information you provide. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, email, phone number.
Why?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, or about complaints or your inquiries.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and other matters).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – fulfillment of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our service provision and then 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and have not prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase, or if you have subscribed to receive news, we will use your email address to distribute our news.
On what legal basis?
This is allowed by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you have not prohibited it at the time of purchase.

II. Who will have access to the data?
Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or other persons work for us who will have access to the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. These are:

We do not have an appointed data protection officer in our company.
Our company does not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.

V. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data
The GDPR gives you the right, among other things, to contact us and request information about what personal data we process about you, to request access to this data from us and to have it updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the processed personal data, request us to delete personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you think we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to take your claims to court.
